Day Of Coordination/management
Starting at $1250
Comfortable with planning but want a professional to handle the rest? That's where we come in! Call us crazy, but we believe couples should ENJOY their event ... this level of coordination starts approximately 2-4 weeks prior to your event and includes us being there for your big day. Reserve your date early to ensure availability!
- 1hr consultation meeting to finalize vendor list, time line, & overall vision of your day
- Unlimited communication via e-mail
- Personalized time line and vendor list
- 1hr ceremony rehearsal
- Wedding Day ceremony management and perfection check
- Set-up of personal details (place card table, guest book, item placement, etc.) and perfection check
- Management of Ceremony, Reception, and overall event time line
- Distribution of final gratuities (paid by client)
- Set-up and collection of all personal items (table numbers, guest books, etc.)
- On hand wedding emergency kit
Full & Partial Event Consultation
